Methodology

We have developed a professional approach to job search.

Each participant is the holder of a portfolio of competencies that is unique to him or her. These competencies must be clearly identified, illustrated with a series of concrete achievements and topped off with realistic career goals.

With the help of a career transition specialist, our participant will start the process as follows:

Pre-Program Phase

Finalization of the departure conditions from the company.
Meeting with a tax advisor to get every possible benefit from tax allowances.

Phase 1

  • Carrying out an autopsy on the employment loss
  • Identifying competencies and achievements
  • Psychometric testing
  • Clarifying career objectives
  • Writing a professional resumé

Phase 2

  • Identifying target markets
  • Establishing marketing strategies
  • Writing the marketing documents
  • Training for the interview
  • Development of an action plan with a timeline

Phase 3

  • Implementation of the action plan including:
    - positioning with recruiters
    - surveillance of the visible market
    - setting up a network of contacts
    - preparing a file for each interview
    - help with the negotiation of an employment offer
    - help with the decision

Phase 4

  • Closing the campaign
  • Coaching to help with integration in the new job
  • Evaluation of services received
